I have been in the fitness industry since 1997 working for a wide range of operators, including Fitness First, Holmes Place, David Lloyds and Esporta. I enjoy meeting people and helping people change their lives through exercise.

My main aim is to motivate you to achieve your results and if you're not achieving your results then I am not achieving mine. My tried and tested training techniques allow me to deliver a premium service to my clients. I am a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) and i'm fully insured by them.

As an athlete I have competed in various bodybuilding shows, 1st place in my qualifier for the EFBB British championships, placing 5th at the British finals in my first year of competing. This has given me a first hand experience of dieting and getting myself into great shape. I will design a resistance program that will tone you and improve how your body functions, and the next stage will include cardio training to help shed that fat away. I can also design a diet plan to help you lose fat and build toned muscle.
